Develop and disseminate recommendations tailored to Hong Kong's local healthcare context through evidence-based and professional-led deliberations.

Evaluate the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of medical treatment options, including drugs, medical devices, and healthcare technologies.

Establish quality indicators and benchmarks for healthcare providers and coordinate with the Government and professional agencies on adoption.
