AIA “Healthcare Financing Summit”

​

On 28 June 2025, the Convenor of the Institute for Medical Advancement and Clinical Excellence (IMACE), Professor Gilberto Ka-kit Leung, served as a speaker at the AIA “Healthcare Financing Summit”, delivering a presentation  on “Accessible, Affordable and Appropriate Care: The IMACE”, in which he highlighted the IMACE’s role in addressing challenges related to price transparency and clinical standardisation. He also participated in the panel discussion titled “Clinical Governance in Private Medical Services”, where he shared his insights with fellow panelists, including Dr. Libby Ha-yun Lee, Under Secretary for Health, and Dr. William Shiu-wei Ho, Former Chairman of The Hong Kong Private Hospitals Association. Both of them, along with Professor Leung, are currently the members of the IMACE Governing Board.
