We are an independent, professionals-led platform initiated by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to provide guidance on clinical practice and health policy.

The IMACE comprises members from both the public and private healthcare sectors in Hong Kong and is responsible for devising and promulgating evidence-based clinical guidelines on the screening, diagnosis, treatment and management of various diseases as well as service quality and efficiency standards applicable to this locality.
