Established in May 2025, we are an independent, professionals-led platform initiated by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to provide guidance on clinical practice and health policy.​

​The IMACE comprises members from both the public and private healthcare sectors in Hong Kong and is responsible for devising and promulgating evidence-based clinical guidelines on the screening, diagnosis, treatment and management of various diseases as well as service quality and efficiency standards applicable to this locality.
